Nasu(Eggplant) & Green Pepper's Miso flavour
Nasu are often cooked during the summer. They can be grilled, steamed, fried, pickled etc.
This is fried Nasu and Green pepper with Miso, Say sauce, Sake, Mirin and sugar. It is good with beer or white rice.
