I wrote about Burrata Feb 13 on my blog. I wrote that it was difficult to buy it here so I had to go to some restaurants to eat. Fortunately, I can buy it now!! I went to a supermarket and looking at the deli counter then found it!
It is more expensive than other fresh cheeses, but it worth it to eat.
I made a simple salad, sweet tomatoes, Burrata, Basil and Guerande salt and extra virgin olive oil.

New Year's Day
January 1st, New year's day is a very special day in Japan. Everybody celebrate the day and cooked a lot of food on 30th and 31st December so that you don't have to cook on the 1st of January.
This is our New year's day table. I don't cook a very traditional way because I can't get all the ingredients here and I can buy already made dishes but I don't like it so I made some dishes as well as I added few things from my original recipe.

Happy New Year!!
Where did December go?? It's already 2013.
Wish you a very happy new year in 2013!
This is our Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner at home. It's always nice to get together with family and friends.
