Urushi is a natural paint material which is gathered and refined from urushi trees which can be found in Asia. The decorative power of urushi has become an important aspect of its artistic culture in Japan. We use Urushi for a very special occasion in Japan.
However, I would like to use urushi more often as it is so beautiful.
