Hajimemashite(Welcome to my blog)
Let me introduce myself. I am from Himonya Tokyo, Japan. Living in Singapore for 10 years, married with a Dutch, have 2 children. I am teaching Japanese home made cooking classes and I hold a Sushi Proficiency Certificate issued by the AJSA, the All Japan Sushi Association.
